Casting Actors for Short Plays and Comedy Sketch Videos
Based in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Sad Tire Theatre puts on satirical comedy short plays and variety shows one weekend a month (soon to double). They are also branching out to do comedy sketch videos. Auditions are being held for actors, actresses, comedians, and writers of all sorts for the 2012-2013 season (September 2012 – June 2013, specific dates depend on roles cast).

Saturday, August 18th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm

NOTE: Free parking on weekends in Downtown Ypsilanti.
Available Roles:
- Actors, Writers and Comedians: Male and female, ages 18 and up.
Compensation:
These are not paid roles. Meals will be provided on film sets, as well as credit in both theatrical as well as film.
How to Apply:
If you are interested in applying please attend the audition on August 18th. Please prepare a 1-2 minute non-dramatic monologue and be prepared for involvement in improv. Cold reads will be provided.
